We constantly strive to know as much as possible about the products and services we sell.  Hands-on experience on our own installation sites is invaluable, and this is supplemented by in-house training, and frequent interaction between our staff and our suppliers.  Interchange of knowledge between our own people is a cornerstone of our employment policy.
 
Product knowledge is updated by attending seminars and workshops given by product manufacturers, as well as various associations and professional bodies.  We are members of the Locksmiths Association of South Africa (LASA) and subscribe to their Locksmith’s Creed and Locksmith’s Code of Ethics.  We are also members of the Security Association of South Africa (SASA) and the Cape Regional Chamber.

Free advice on products is given in our showroom Monday to Friday, during office hours.

We offer a limited installation service on most of the products that we sell, primarily to assist trade clients.  We work primarily in the Cape Peninsula, but have installed locks and access control equipment as far a field as Bredasdorp and Durban.

In addition to access control and electric release systems, we  have always specialized in door closers, panic and exit hardware, and mechanical lock systems using the renowned Cisa Top Security Profile #736 lock cylinders and padlocks.  Top Security Profile #736 uses registered keys that are not copied by conventional means, and are made by us only on written authorisation.  #736 is the most secure key profile in South Africa!
